Our Christmas outing today was an awesome experience. You all know what you did and we don't do it to be noticed or get publicity so I am not posting any details.
Here is the card we received. What an unbelievable group of folks we have. It is an honor to ride with such a great family.
Everyone have a Merry and Blessed Christmas.

Wreaths Across America 2013
Today some of our members said the heck with the cold weather and went down to Fayetteville National Cemetery to help unload the Wreaths Across America program Christmas wreaths that will be put the graves of those honored souls who are buried there.
This is the fourth year the STAR 464 group has participated in this way. It is our privilege to show respect and honor to those who have given so much for our country. We would encourage any one reading this to participate in this program or one like it if you have the chance.
Remember to thank a Veteran when you see them and wish them a Merry Christmas.

October Meeting and Ride
The morning was pretty chilly as the temperature showed 37 degrees at 7 a.m. By the time we left the house for a short ride over to Curtis and Sherry's house it had warmed up to a balmy 41 degrees.
A big thank you to the Davis' for opening their house to us this morning and providing donuts, coffee and OJ. You two have a beautiful house and Max is adorable.
It was great to see Rip and Smokey this morning. Glad you two could make it and it was worth starting the meeting a little later to have you both join us for the meeting.
After the meeting Curtis and Sherry lead us on a back route up to Neosho and then to the Undercliff restaurant. The route was awesome and most of us had never been that way before. When we got to the Undercliff we were joined by several members of the Missouri STAR groups and had a great lunch. We then took a nice, easy ride over to the historic Nelson's Riverton Store (formerly the Eisler Brothers store) on Route 66 which has been in operation since 1925.
The afternoon had warmed up to the low 60's and the ride back was awesome. Part of the group broke off and headed down Interstate 49 while some of the others took the back roads all the way home. Overall a great day of riding, friends and food.
